I’m looking to utilize both Amazon Affiliate Marketing and Adsense. I like to write so my plan is to make a site about movies, games, and music videos. I also want to do a comprehensive site with my money making tips as well.
Firstly, I’m not sure if I should put this all on one site or each separate?
Secondly, are these all good avenues to use for Amazon Affiliate Marketing and Adsense?
Last but not least, is it best to buy a domain or use free site hosting for this?

I suggest that instead of an actual website, you consider creating a blog. The reason I say this is because you can write all the time and post as many entries as you like in your blog. Search engines love sites and blogs that update constantly.
I am assuming you will be giving your opinions about various movies, music, etc., you can post a affiliate link to the particular item you are reviewing. If you do one movie or CD or whatever per entry, Then you increase your chances of people visiting your blog and even buying stuff from the links. Especially if the entry for that item is well written.
As an added bonus, consider adding reviews of stuff you don’t like and posting an affiliate link to it. Then you can say something like “If you wanna check out this garbage, be my guest. Just don’t blame me after you wasted your hard earned money”or something like that. You’d be surprised how many people will fall for reverse psychology.
All in all, this will take time and patience. But if you work hard at it, your blog could be great. Or if you decide to go with the site, that’s cool too.
I hope this helps and best wishes in your future endeavors.

I would concentrate on one site first. It is hard work running a website and to be successful takes time and hardwork. The first thing to consider is that you need a good, interesting, original, well designed and well coded site. I.e. you need everything in your favour to attract TARGETTED visitors. Visitor numbers are the first thing to concentrate on. Once you get visitors the monetizing process becomes easier. I suggest you buy a domain rather than free, pay for hosting rather than free. Don’t start advertising too soon. Make the adverts, affiliates look a small part of your page. Otherwise visitors will come to your site and disappear as soon as they see lots of Ads thinking it is just a shallow site. There is not much return in Adsense or Amazon but hopefully it will pay for the hosting.I have been running my site http://www.shareworld.co.uk for over 3 years. The total income from Adsense is probably not more than $ 2000. If you look at the link http://www.shareworld.co.uk/uploads/docs/advertising.pdf you will see what I charge for adverts and the visitor stats for the site.
As I say don’t worry about income initially or you will be disappointed.Concentrate on giving your visitors the best information etc. that you possibly can. Look at the site from a visitors point of view. If you are serious you will succeed. If you are just focussing on making an easy buck you will fail. Good luck.
If you are in a tight budget at least buy domain but then use google free blogger platform to host your site. Regarding adsense and amazon I think it is best to separate them first. For starter I guess it is better to start with adsense.
